From AI Transformation to Real-World Value
A global company was making significant investments in AI, but leadership couldn’t articulate what ‘transformational value” actually meant in practice. The industry narrative was focused on transformation, yet few leaders could define what transformation value was and how it would be measured in order to develop offerings that delivered that experience. They needed to move beyond the hype and understand how AI would reshape work in concrete and actionable ways.

How We Got There

The Challenge
The organization was surrounded by a market narrative that celebrated AI transformation without clearly defining it. Internally, that created energy but not enough precision. To guide future products and messaging, the client needed to move beyond broad enthusiasm and identify how Agentic AI could create real, role-specific value in practice.
What We Did
We began with in-depth interviews, then designed and facilitated immersive co-creation workshops that moved participants beyond surface-level enthusiasm. Through structured prompts and creative exercises, participants explored how AI agents could reshape their roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority. Client stakeholders joined the sessions as well, allowing them to observe the thinking firsthand and engage with emerging ideas in real time.
What Changed
Leadership gained a concrete, role-specific view of how agentic AI could create transformational value. The work clarified the conditions and pathways that could lead to new workflows and new sources of organizational value. It also gave product and marketing teams a shared framework for grounding future offerings and messaging in real-world scenarios rather than abstract AI promises.
